1. File is complete; if the file is considered incomplete, it will be considered received on the day it becomes complete
2. Files and Conditions must be received by 2 pm PST; files received after 2 pm PST will be considered received on the next business day
3. Closed Loan File Delivered to Conditions Released is based on the prior week average that is updated weekly
